Alansy Premium was founded in 2006 by two factory-trained technicians who'd spent a decade working warranty calls for the manufacturers. We started independent because we believed kitchens deserved tradespeople, not parts changers.
Today we cover Duval, St. Johns, and Clay counties — and we still only work on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Cove. Because our scope is narrow, we know the failure patterns on these four brands cold, and we order OEM parts direct from each manufacturer's authorized distribution.
We're independent. That means we work for you, not the manufacturer. But we keep our factory training current, document parts by serial number, and never crack a sealed system before you've seen a written quote.
How we work.
A written quote before any sealed system or control board is opened. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.
Every part is OEM and documented by serial. Manufacturer warranty and home-service contracts stay intact.
We photograph the appliance, the failed part, and the install on every job. Property managers and concierge accounts get those packaged.
