Sawgrass / TPC / Nocatee corridor — wine columns, dual-zone units, and PRO 48 are the daily work here.
Ponte Vedra is our second-densest service block after Jacksonville proper and the only area where we run a dedicated route every weekday. Sawgrass and TPC kitchens are heavily Sub-Zero 700-series and PRO 48 built-ins; Nocatee newer construction is integrated IT-column territory. Wolf 48-inch and 60-inch DF ranges are common across all three communities.
What's different about PV calls: the kitchens are bigger and the appliance inventory per address is denser. A single service visit often touches a 700-series built-in, a wine column, a Wolf DF range, and a Cove dishwasher. We block extra time on PV addresses by default.
Wine columns are the most common single call type. Dual-zone temperature drift on 424/427/430 columns runs almost weekly through the Sawgrass condo route — the upper-zone thermistor and damper combination is the usual culprit, both stocked parts on the van.
