Cove DW2450 service is mostly fault-code work. The unit reports specific codes — F1 inlet valve, F2 drain pump, F4 turbidity sensor, F11 diverter motor — and we diagnose the actual root cause instead of swapping parts at the code. (Full breakdown in our Cove F-codes article.)
Viking VDB and FDW dishwashers are mechanically different — the failure patterns are wash-pump, control board, and door spring. The door-spring rebuild is the one VDB owners hit most often: the cable that supports the door tension snaps after a few thousand cycles and the door becomes a guillotine. Rebuild kit is in stock, takes about 90 minutes.
Panel-ready installs need their custom door panel pulled and re-torqued at the end of every service. We photograph the bracket positions and toe-kick clearance before the panel comes off — and put everything back to factory torque spec before we sign off.
