Wine columns are simpler than refrigerators in some ways and more particular in others. The compressor and condenser are the same family as the built-in refrigerator side of the lineup, so diagnostics carry over. What's different is the humidity system, the LED column lighting, and the dual-zone control — three subsystems with their own failure patterns that don't show up on a regular fridge.

Dual-zone drift is the most common call. The fix is almost never the control board. It's usually the upper-zone thermistor reporting low (so the board over-cools the top half) or a partially stuck damper between zones. Both are cheap, both are in-stock parts, and both finish on the first visit.

Humidity sensors and LED column drivers we order as needed — neither is consumable enough to keep on the van, but the lead time through authorized distribution is short.
