Pro-style ranges have the largest single-call inventory we carry on the van because the failure patterns are predictable. Wolf DF spark modules, Wolf surface igniters, Viking VGR oven safety valves, Viking VGR thermostats, and the common bake elements for both — all in stock, all ready for first-visit close-out.

We don't blind-swap on ranges. Spark modules get tested for short and dried if water intrusion is suspected. Thermostats get measured against a calibrated probe before replacement. Oven safety valves get tested for continuity hot and cold. Throwing a $90 part at a problem only works if the part is actually failed.

LP conversion is its own category — usually triggered by a kitchen remodel where the gas supply changes from natural to propane. We swap orifices, recalibrate the regulator, and run a full ignition test on every burner and on the oven before the appliance is signed off.
