Wall ovens fail in three categories: the convection system, the control board, and the door/glass assembly. Each has a different diagnostic and a different parts pipeline.

Convection fan failures on Wolf M-series usually present as motor noise before the motor actually quits. The bearing pack is the wear item, not the motor itself. We rebuild the bearing pack when the unit is still under 8 years old — saves the homeowner about 60% versus a full motor swap.

Wolf CSO convection steam ovens running on Jacksonville-hard water (which is everywhere south of the river) need the steam-generator descaled annually and the steam pump rebuilt every 18-24 months. Skipping that maintenance is the most common cause of F-coded CSOs.

Door work — hinges, triple-pane glass, gaskets — we keep stocked in the common M-series sizes. Triple-pane replacement is a careful job: the inner pane is structural and has to be aligned precisely before the outer glass goes back on.
