Sub-Zero built-in refrigeration is a sealed system first and an appliance second. Most no-cooling and warm-zone calls trace back to either the defrost circuit, the dual evaporator/damper assembly, or the electronic control — not the compressor. We pull warm- and cold-side pressures and read the defrost-cycle history before touching a board.

We are factory-trained on Sub-Zero and source parts through authorized distribution only. That matters on integrated columns where vacuum-panel-safe handling and serial-traceable boards are non-negotiable for warranty and resale.
