Wine columns share the sealed-system platform with the refrigerator side but add three subsystems that don't exist on a regular fridge: dual-zone temperature control, humidity management, and column lighting. Each has its own failure pattern and its own parts pipeline.
Dual-zone drift is the most frequent call. The cause is almost never the control board — it's the upper-zone thermistor or the damper between zones, both stocked parts. We verify against a calibrated probe before any thermistor swap.
