Wolf is our second-volume brand and the dual-fuel range is its most-serviced category. The DF, GR, and SRT platforms share most failure patterns: spark-module issues, surface-igniter wear, convection-fan bearing failures, and bake-element burnouts.
Spark-module work is where the Wolf-specific diagnostic experience pays off. We dry-test before replacement, check the surrounding spark electrodes for cracking, and inspect the boot seals for water-intrusion damage. Replacing the module without addressing the underlying water-path means the new module wets out within months.
Pre-holiday call volume on Wolf ranges spikes hard. Spark-module wet-out after a deep clean is the single most common pre-Thanksgiving call we get.
